Installed over an area of 2,200m2 and on two levels, the VMAD was inaugurated in September 2010 by the Community of Municipalities of Desvres-Samer (CCDS) in the Pas-de-Calais, with the aim of supporting craft professionals and offering the public an insight into this sector.

This integrated structure offers a practical response to the needs of arts and crafts professionals: spacious art studios, personalised support, shared facilities, event organisation.
